About the Organisation

Our world is in need of leaders and change makers who have the commitment, courage and skill to drive positive change and realise their aims for a sustainable future.

The Centre for Sustainability Leadership (CSL) is a not for profit dedicated to expanding the influence
of people who want to create a sustainable future by building their knowledge, skills and networks.

CSL runs an annual, award winning Fellowship Program for ambitious emerging leaders and sustainability change makers in both Melbourne and Sydney, Australia.

This is a unique training opportunity where the selected individuals develop the skills, networks and knowledge needed to effectively forge a more sustainable future.

The 7-month evening and retreat-based program is practical, immersive and challenging, including
mentorship, coaching and sustainability projects that are designed to grow each Fellow’s capacity to influence positive change in their areas of passion.

The Fellowship Program alumni group has grown to over 200 people since CSL was founded in 2005. CSL’s alumni program aims to provide lifelong professional development, support and inspiration to
the Fellowship Program graduates as they strive to play lead roles in the creation of a sustainable
global society.

CSL also operates Leadership Rewired www.rewired.org.au , a practical e-learning and networking
platform and matching service. Covering proven leadership methodologies, tools and thinking
models, Leadership Rewired includes video interviews and case studies with sustainability leaders
from around the globe.

Position Objective

To support the growth of the CSL and its programs through the development and implementation of
the CSL marketing, communications and events plan. This will focus on the following areas:

• CSL general
• Fellowship Program
• Alumni Program
• Leadership Rewired
• New programs
